1. When is the banquet?
The banquet will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012
2. Where will the banquet be held?
The banquet will be held at the Hilton Hotel located at One North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101
3. What time is the banquet?
The banquet begins at 6:00 and ends at 9:00 PM
4. How much does it cost to attend?
The tickets are $50 for individuals over 12 years of age and $25 for children between the ages of 10-12
5. Are children permitted to attend?
Children 10 years old and older are permitted to attend. Children under 10 years old are NOT encouraged to attend
6. Is there a dress code?
“Dressy” Church Attire to Semi-formal
7. Is there a discounted rate for the hotel rooms?
Yes. Hotel rooms are available for $119 per night plus taxes and fees. You must call the hotel directly at 717.233.6000 and ask for the room rate for DaySpring Ministries when reserving your room
8. What’s the last day to purchase tickets?
The last day to purchase tickets will be Wednesday April 25, 2012. Tickets will be on sale every Wednesday after Bible study and every Sunday before and after worship service. Tickets are limited so get your tickets early
9. Is there assigned seating?
No. Seating is available on a first come first serve basis however if a table of 8 is purchased at one time the table will be reserved for the group
10. Will parking be available?
Parking is at meters on the streets near the hotel as well as in the Walnut Street Garage located between Second and Third streets in downtown Harrisburg
